For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and
The following products are not eligible for return:
open or unopened treat/food products;
custom wearables; and
other handmade custom products.
For custom made items, please understand you are responsible for determining the appropriate size and dimensions of the product. Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned unless the error is ours. If we made an error please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your product, along with a picture of the item.
If you order the wrong size, wrong color, wrong hardware, etc. the item cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please be incredibly careful when placing custom orders and check the details twice. If you have any question or need help ordering, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
